Therefore, we put our clothes on and left the spa After the massage. We did bring this to the managers attention upstairs in reception and he agreed to look into the matter and took down all telephone numbers. We went back in about half an hour later to speak to the manager as he tried to contact us on the telephone. He was extremely rude, when we booked the spa we were advised that it would be quiet as it would be term time this was not the case. After the massage. He then went on to accuse us of lying about the hygiene standards this is not how the manager should treat paying customers. We are escalating our complaint further. I would not recommend anyone to visit the spa … Date of experience: September 2019 Carol M wrote a review Jan 2019 United Kingdom 20 contributions Just had a wonderful break at the holiday Inn Sutton where we used the Marina Spa for some treatments to help us relax. Marina is brilliant at what she does. We had a facial and back neck and shoulder massage. I also had my eyebrows waxed and thing is too much trouble for this lovely lady.
It was great! The kids loved it and we did too! March 7, 2021 KENDRA R. Get the fire pit. We loved it as it got a little cooler around 5pm. Came with fruit and water. Our kids loves the pools and slide. Everyone was great at the hotel Pool not deep enough, no internet in the room March 7, 2021 Lilia Y. We are local, but we decided on March 5 (my Birthday) to choose hotel room day pass. The room was nice ( one big minus - no internet, this expensive hotel, can buy cheap internet extenders, but they don't) During covid from all amenities we had only pool. The water was warm, but not enough warm for March weather. Also maximum deep of the pool 3, 5 - not for adults I think. Bar food was very good (hotel price). Near by couple of water activities rentals. We rented HydroBike, had lunch in hotel, "swim" in pool (for 2 minutes 😀) and have hot shower in the room. Overall for summertime for family with kids - a good idea. For adults - do more research on hotel. But idea for day pass for locals is excellent Great way to break the Covid monotony February 20, 2021 Sharon M. We have been super careful through covid so this was a leap of faith where we were trusting Hyatt to do it right, and I'm glad we did!

Marina is by far the best beautician I have ever used. Always obliging, professional and helpful. The salon is usually booked up well in advance because marina is so good at what she does. I go to this salon for my eyebrows and eyelashes for shape tint and extensions. I've had countless facial treatments and for a little person her massages are great especially deep tissue. I would totally recommend this spa without hesitation. … Date of experience: March 2020 Just enjoyed my latest visit to Marina's Spa (I have been going for several years now) and always enjoy the massages and treatments offered, whether by Marina herself or by one of the other therapists.

The services that this spa offers are amazing. I got the spa package with mani, pedi, facial and message and I am over the moon impressed with the quality of services and the skin product choices....
Wtf?????? He gets back to her later and says to move on it's not going to work out. They are going different directions in life. I am seeing all this through texts she is pissed off at him. But eventually goes away. This was the end of September. Our marina offers 350 liveaboard slips, and the marina has a tenant bf group where tenants only can join this group. Apparently she joined this group 3 weeks later and now in December owns a boat and just moved in a few docs down. I am super concerned!!!! Who the hell buys a sailboat in a month or two with no previous interest in sailing. Also the gate key for her gate also works on our dock so I'm worried I may be running into her and she's trying to now get to know ALL the neighbors.
